All Perfect Dreamer Mattresses are covered by our Honest Promise guarantee and a Lifetime limited warranty (100% in the first 10 years). What arrives at your door is your exact order, brand new and free of any defects or it will be replaced at no charge. Please email the contact information below if you have any issues when you receive your new mattress. All sales are final. Since an opened mattress can not be re-sold, there are no returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "comfort preference".

How does it ship, and how long does it take?
It ships by UPS, free to your door, compressed in a box, and typically arrives in under 6 business days. Tracking is emailed to you when your mattress leaves our factory.
